By using DaggaBooking.com services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
DaggaBooking.com provides a platform for booking transportation services for goods and materials. We connect customers with local mini truck (Dagga) drivers. It only facilitates bookings and is not itself a transport service provider.
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on actual requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed after vehicle inspection.
1. सेवा का दायरा / Scope of Service
DaggaBooking.com ग्राहकों को स्थानीय मिनी ट्रक (डग्गा) चालकों से जोड़ने वाला एक ऑनलाइन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है।
DaggaBooking.com is an online platform connecting customers with local mini truck (Dagga) drivers.
यह केवल बुकिंग सुविधा उपलब्ध कराता है और स्वयं परिवहन सेवा प्रदाता नहीं है।
It only facilitates bookings and is not itself a transport service provider.
2. वाहन एवं माल की ज़िम्मेदारी / Vehicle & Goods Responsibility
सफ़र के दौरान वाहन व माल की पूर्ण ज़िम्मेदारी चालक व वाहन स्वामी की होगी।
During transit, the complete responsibility of the vehicle and goods lies with the driver and vehicle owner.
किसी भी प्रकार के नुकसान, हानि या चोरी की स्थिति में चालक/वाहन स्वामी उत्तरदायी होंगे, DaggaBooking.com नहीं।
In case of any damage, loss or theft, the driver/owner will be liable, not DaggaBooking.com.
3. केवल वैध सामान / Only Legal Goods
केवल वैध/क़ानूनी सामान ही भेजा जाएगा।
Only legal goods may be transported.
अवैध/प्रतिबंधित सामान भेजना सख़्त मना है।
Illegal or restricted goods are strictly prohibited.
ग्राहक द्वारा जानबूझकर या अनजाने में अवैध सामान भेजने पर संपूर्ण क़ानूनी ज़िम्मेदारी ग्राहक की होगी (जिसमें पुलिस कार्रवाई भी शामिल है)।
If a customer knowingly or unknowingly sends illegal goods, he/she will be fully responsible for legal consequences (including police action).
4. भार प्रतिबद्धता / Load Commitment
ग्राहक को अपने माल का सही वज़न बताना होगा।
Customer must declare the accurate weight of goods.
– 200 किलोग्राम तक अतिरिक्त भार: निःशुल्क सहनशीलता। / Up to 200 kg extra: free tolerance.
– 200 किलोग्राम से अधिक: प्रति टन अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू होगा। / Beyond 200 kg: extra charges per ton will apply.
ओवरलोडिंग के कारण जुर्माना या वाहन जब्ती की स्थिति में जिम्मेदारी ग्राहक की होगी।
Any penalty or vehicle seizure due to overloading will be the customer's responsibility.
5. वाहन ठहराव व प्रतीक्षा शुल्क / Vehicle Halt & Waiting Charges
यदि ग्राहक की वजह से वाहन रुकता है:
If the vehicle halts due to customer delay:
– ₹1000 प्रति रात / ₹1000 per night
– ₹2000 प्रति दिन / ₹2000 per day
साथ ही, चालक का भोजन खर्च ₹150 प्रति भोजन ग्राहक को देना होगा।
Additionally, driver's food expenses of ₹150 per meal will be borne by the customer.
6. लोडिंग व अनलोडिंग / Loading & Unloading
लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग की व्यवस्था ग्राहक द्वारा की जाएगी या अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू होगा।
Loading and unloading must be arranged by the customer or extra charges will apply.
7. अग्रिम भुगतान / Advance Payment
ग्राहक DaggaBooking.com की नीति के अनुसार अग्रिम/पूर्ण भुगतान करने के लिए सहमत है।
Customer agrees to make full/advance payment as per DaggaBooking.com policy.
8. रद्द करने की नीति / Cancellation Policy
वाहन प्रेषण से पहले ही रद्द करना आवश्यक है।
Cancellations must be done before vehicle dispatch.
प्रेषण के बाद रद्द करने पर शुल्क लागू हो सकता है।
After dispatch, cancellation charges may apply.
9. प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं / Prohibited Items
विस्फोटक, ख़तरनाक रसायन, अवैध या चोरी का सामान और क़ानून द्वारा प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं सख़्त मना हैं।
Explosives, hazardous chemicals, illegal or stolen items, and goods banned by law are strictly prohibited.
10. बीमा एवं क्षति / Insurance & Damages
ग्राहक चाहें तो अपना माल बीमा करा सकते हैं।
Customer may insure their goods if they wish.
बीमा न होने की स्थिति में किसी भी हानि के लिए DaggaBooking.com ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
DaggaBooking.com will not be liable for any loss if no insurance is taken.
11. क्षेत्राधिकार / Jurisdiction
संपूर्ण विवाद सतना न्यायालय के अंतर्गत होंगे।
All disputes arising out of this service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Satna Court only.
12. सहमति / Agreement
DaggaBooking.com पर वाहन बुक करते समय ग्राहक उपरोक्त सभी नियम व शर्तों से सहमत होता है।
By booking a vehicle on DaggaBooking.com, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
