🌿 DaggaBooking.com – Partner Terms & Conditions

By registering as a partner with DaggaBooking.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration.

1️⃣ सत्यापन (Verification)

All information and documents submitted must be true and valid. If any false or misleading information is provided, registration will be immediately canceled and the driver/owner may be removed from the platform.

2️⃣ ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस एवं दस्तावेज़ (Driving License & Documents)

The driver must have a valid commercial driving license at all times. The vehicle must have valid RC, insurance, fitness certificate, permit and PUC.

3️⃣ वाहन एवं माल की ज़िम्मेदारी (Vehicle & Goods Responsibility)

Full responsibility for the vehicle and goods will be of the driver and vehicle owner. The company will not be responsible for any kind of damage, loss or accident. Complete responsibility will remain with the driver and vehicle owner.

4️⃣ प्लेटफ़ॉर्म अधिकार (Platform Rights)

DaggaBooking.com has the right to suspend or terminate the driver/owner's account in case of any misconduct, fraud, misbehavior, or policy violation.

5️⃣ सेवा समयबद्धता एवं आचरण (Service Timeliness & Conduct)

The driver must reach the pickup location on time. It is mandatory to behave decently with customers and follow the company's service guidelines. Action can be taken against the driver in case of undue delay or cancellation of service.

6️⃣ वाहन स्वच्छता एवं सुरक्षा (Vehicle Hygiene & Safety)

The driver must ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety and timely service. Dirty or unsafe vehicles will not be accepted.

7️⃣ भुगतान नीति (Payment Policy)

All payments will be made through digital means only. Any payment related complaint must be raised within 7 days. The company will deduct service charge as per its rules.

8️⃣ प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की भूमिका (Platform Responsibility)

DaggaBooking.com is only an online booking platform. It is not directly responsible for any kind of goods loss, damage or accident. If any insurance claim arises, it will be settled as per the insurance policy.

9️⃣ सब्सक्रिप्शन एवं ग्राहक आवंटन नीति (Subscription & Allocation Policy)

After taking the subscription plan, DaggaBooking.com will provide customers to the driver. If the driver refuses booking without proper reason (busy or unwilling), it will be considered as service taken and no next customer will be allocated.

🔟 ओवरलोड नीति (Overload Policy)

If the customer loads more goods than the weight mentioned in the booking, he will have to pay extra charge per ton. A discount of up to 200 kilograms will be given.

1️⃣1️⃣ वाहन ठहराव एवं भोजन शुल्क (Halting & Food Charges)

If the vehicle stops at a place overnight or all day: Then ₹1000 per night or ₹2000 per day halting charge will be taken. The driver's food expense of ₹150 per meal will be borne by the customer.

1️⃣2️⃣ अवैध सामान नीति (Prohibited Goods Policy)

Transportation of illegal or prohibited goods is strictly prohibited. If any customer sends illegal goods knowingly or unknowingly and any legal action takes place, the entire responsibility will be of the customer.

1️⃣3️⃣ डेटा सहमति (Data Consent)

All information submitted during the onboarding process can be used by the company for verification, communication, and service improvement.

1️⃣4️⃣ कानूनी अधिकार क्षेत्र (Legal Jurisdiction)

All disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of Satna Court (Madhya Pradesh).

1️⃣5️⃣ ग्राहक से सीधे संपर्क पर प्रतिबंध (Restriction on Direct Customer Contact)

After online booking on Daggabooking.com, no driver or vehicle owner will contact the customer directly, nor will they make any direct transaction or contract bypassing the company's information or platform. If any driver or vehicle owner violates this rule — then his account can be suspended or terminated immediately. Compensation for the loss caused to the company can be taken from the driver/owner. The company can initiate legal action (FIR / case registered) under Section 420 (fraud) of the Indian Penal Code and other applicable sections as required. This violation will be considered against the company's credibility and business interests, and in such a situation, the driver/owner will not have any right to relief or appeal.

1️⃣6️⃣ वाहन खराबी / ट्रिप रिप्लेसमेंट नीति (Vehicle Breakdown / Trip Replacement Policy)

If a vehicle develops a technical fault during the journey and it takes 1 day or more to repair, then that trip will be considered canceled and the goods will be sent by another vehicle. The vehicle that sends the goods forward will be given full payment. The vehicle that broke down will not receive payment for that trip, only the actual expenses incurred till the journey can be reviewed (if the company deems it appropriate). This policy has been implemented to ensure timely service to the customer and safe delivery of goods.
